The Candy Dance Vendor Application PDF form, linked to the image button below, must be completed, printed, signed and mailed to the Genoa Candy Dance Committee, and must include a $15.00 non-refundable Application Fee, and a self-addressed, stamped (SASE) white #10 business envelope.

Please read all Faire Rules and Regulations (page 2), and complete all forms as directed. Include an essay and photos of your products with the Application Form. At this time, we cannot accept applications or fees online; please mail the signed application form along with a check or money order for the Application Fee to the address above (address is also on the application form).
