Rate discounts for on-going rentals. Note: Additional discount applied if on-going rental is on a weekday.
Monthly: Regular use as defined by a lease – 10% (12 x per year or monthly)
Weekly: Regular use as defined by a lease – 25% (minimium 50 times per year)
Weekday: Monday thru Thursday (non-holiday) use of facilities as defined by a lease – 20%
Good Neighbor Discount: A discount extended to a tenant that assumes all of the opening, closing, and checking duties of the rented facility ouside of normal Town business hours. Refer to Policies and Procedures for complete definition.
Resident Discount: 50% of rental fee. Must pay full cleaning deposit amount. Residence must be within the Historic Town boundaries. Resident is described as persons who reside in Town or who own property in Town.
Genoa-Based Not-for-profit organizations: 50% of rental fee. Must pay full cleaning deposit amount.
