The Genoa Town Board meets on the first Tuesday of each month, except on holidays. Copies of Meeting Agendas are available online and from the Town Office.

The Town Board first adopted Policies and Procedures for the Town in 1996. Each February, the Board reviews and revises the document as necessary.

Board members are elected "at large" to staggered four (4) year terms of office. All Board offices are non-partisan. Both elected Board members and candidates for office must reside within the Town of Genoa boundaries.
